Hypnotherapy

Through hypnosis, I am able to help clients overcome lifelong fears and phobias, replace bad habits with healthy choices, manage chronic pain, discover their true passions and recharge their personal motivations. Hypnotherapy works both on its own, and alongside any medical treatment you may be receiving. It is drug free, dogma free and pain free. It is neither magical nor mystical. It is just a very effective method of harnessing the extraordinary power of your own mind, with which I have already helped hundreds of people with a wide variety of issues …

Speaking

The quality of the speaker can very much make or break your event. I believe that a great speaker is one who captures your audience’s attention, makes the message very much about them, and leaves them empowered and energized. A leg to stand on…

Unquestionably, the best thing about the extreme racing that I do is the extraordinary people I have met, and gone on to become close friends with. I may not see them as often as I’d like, but when I do it is in the most intensely bonding settings – and in between we have Facebook, etc, to stay in touch and trade energy and adventure stories. And then, just when you are almost all sorted, remember that it is all made up and that none of it matters beyond what we make matter? Yeah, me too! The past few weeks (even months), I have been grinding through doubts about my...

STFU!

Meeting Joe Desena very much changed my life. It was in March of 2011, and this is the post I wrote at that time – “My Weekend at Camp in Pittsfield, VT“. If you’ve ever pondered the difference between “trying” and “doing”, it is well worth the read. And it was the start of an incredible adventure for me, that has me redefining what is possible for myself again and again, to where I now know there really are no limits. Joe is the founder of Spartan Race, as well as the creator of The Death Race. He is a world-class endurance athlete, millionaire many times over in business, visionary, and fantastic father and husband. He is also now my good friend, as well as my boss (I am the International Quality Director for...
